Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on orders over ₡50,000 anywhere in Costa Rica.
Can I return a product if my pet does not like it?
Of course. You can return any unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just contact us and we will arrange the pickup.
Are the toys safe for pets?
All our toys are made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials and are tested for durability. Still, no toy is indestructible and all play must be supervised.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 24 business hours. Express delivery in the GAM takes 24–48 hours; Correos de Costa Rica takes 2–4 business days.
Do you sell products for both cats and dogs?
Yes! We carry toys, food, beds and accessories for cats and dogs, plus apparel and lifestyle items for pet parents.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard, SINPE Móvil, bank transfer and cash on delivery in the GAM.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our team via chat or email.
Do you ship outside Costa Rica?
For now we only ship within Costa Rica.
